Identify which stage is missing

Is there no ledger entry, a pending entry, or a rejected entry? Compare the offer’s expected posting time, approval period and inquiry window. Not every advertisement appears in the ledger immediately after application.

Prepare the records before asking for help

Record the offer name, application or purchase date, order reference, amount, saved conditions and current ledger status. Keep confirmation emails and evidence of completing the required action. Remove personal details before sharing any screenshots publicly.

Use the correct official inquiry route

Some advertisements cannot be investigated or have a limited inquiry window. Read the offer-specific rules and submit through official support. An investigation checks the route and required action; it does not guarantee a points award. For registration benefits, use the referral guide instead.

Can foreign residents use points websites?
